KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has fixed next month for a decision on an appeal by a taxi driver who allegedly ferried the suspected killer of Arab-Malaysian Development Bank founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi.
High Court judge Justice Kamardin Hashim set the Oct 1 date after hearing submissions from Deputy Public Prosecutor Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin and counsel Hisham Teh Poh Teik who appeared for the accused, Chew Siang Chee Wednesday.
