PETALING JAYA: Recent antics during the Bersih 4 rally should not be linked entirely to the Chinese community as a whole but that of DAP leaders and their sympathisers, says MCA religious bureau chairman Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker.
Their ill-mannered acts cannot be attributed to the entire Chinese community, he said.
