A 13-YEAR-OLD boy was caught after he allegedly flashed his private parts at a woman jogger at a residential area in Kajang, reported Guang Ming Daily.
The suspect approached the woman on a motorcycle. He had tried to ask the woman, who was jogging alone, whether she wanted to have sex with him at about 5am on Thursday.
