Sabak Bernam boat mishap: Group gathers to identify bodies

The rescue team carrying a victim recovered from a search operation near the area where the boat carrying Indonesians sank in Hutan Melintang.

IPOH: A group of Indonesian nationals have gathered at the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital mortuary here to identify the bodies retrieved from the waters off Sabak Bernam after a boat carrying more than 70 illegal immigrants sunk on Thursday.

One of the people gathered, who wished to remain anonymous, said he and the others had got to know about the incident through television news reports.
