PUTRAJAYA: There are several other options to bring the culprits who shot down Flight MH17 to justice, said Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

“The first option is our national court. The second is to form another tribunal under the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) countries,” he told reporters at his office in Putrajaya yesterday.
