KUALA LUMPUR: Uncouth behaviour is not part of the Malaysian culture, said MCA religious harmony bureau chairman Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker.
“Being provocative will not go down well with peace-loving Malaysians who value the harmony and political goodwill that has been established and enjoyed since Merdeka,” he said.
