Sabah police takes statements from five over Bersih rally


KOTA KINABALU: Five people, including DAP's Sandakan MP Stephen Wong, were asked to give their statements in connection with police investigations into last weekend's Bersih gathering at the Likas Bay Park here.

Also called in to the Kota Kinabalu police headquarters in Karamunsing here since early Tuesday were Sabah Bersih coordinator Jannie Lasimbang, as well as organisers SM Muthu and Mathew Yong.
