PETALING JAYA: The postponement of English as a compulsory pass subject in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) is another flip-flop policy that will affect students badly, says Parent Action Group for Education Malaysia (PAGE) chairman Datin Noor Azimah Abdul Rahim.
She said with the compulsory pass, students would take the subject more seriously.
