SHAH ALAM: Mohamed Azmin Ali has taken a swipe at Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan for not being able to distinguish between a donation and an investment.
The Selangor Menteri Besar said there was a difference between the RM2.6bil amount that was transferred into Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's personal account and the Darul Ehsan Investment Group (DEIG) that was set up to manage Selangor's investments.
