Federal Court reserves judgement in Indira Gandhi case

PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court is reserving judgement on whether the Inspector-General of Police can be compelled to return clerk M. Indira Gandhi's child that was taken by her Muslim convert ex-husband.

The five-person panel lead by Court of Appeal president, Justice Md Raus Sharif, adjourned the hearing after listening to almost two hours of submissions from Indira's and the IGP's lawyers.
