PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Anifah Aman (pic) has denied receiving any funds from the Prime Minister’s personal account.
The Foreign Minister also urged DAP national adviser Lim Kit Siang to stop insinuating any wrongdoing on his part without evidence.
“I would not hesitate appropriate action if YB Lim Kit Siang continues in the same vein,” Anifah said in a statement on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, Lim said that all ministers and deputy ministers should declare if they had received funds from Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak for campaigning during the 13th general election, and if so, how much they had obtained.Lim had named eight ministers, including Anifah, and two deputy ministers as among those who should declare if they had received any part of the RM2.6bil donation in the Prime Minister’s account.
