KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is applying to disqualify a judge from hearing his application for a review of the rejection of a royal pardon for him.
Anwar said High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) Justice Asmabi Mohamad should not hear his matter because she was a senior federal counsel who represented the Government in Anwar's case over his sacking from the Cabinet in 1998.
