PUTRAJAYA: The East Coast Economic Region attracted RM78bil in investments and created 76,120 job opportunities between 2007 and end-June this year.
The investments – domestic and foreign – represent 71% of the 2020 target of RM110bil, said ECER Development Council (ECERDC) chief executive officer Datuk Seri Jebasingam Issace John.
