GEORGE TOWN: Penang’s hope of achieving a high-income status has been crushed by the plummeting ringgit, Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng (pic) said.
The goal was to achieve a gross domestic product (GDP) of RM40,841 per capita by this year, he said in a statement yesterday.
