KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has upheld the decision to acquit Tourism Malaysia director-general Datuk Mirza Mohammad Taiyab Beg (pic) of a CBT charge involving RM888,000.
On Friday, High Court judge Justice Amelia Tee Hong Geok Abdullah dismissed the prosecution's appeal against his acquittal.
