PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has overturned the Kuching High Court's decision nullifying the notice of recommendations by the Election Commission for the proposed re-delineation exercise for Sarawak.
In a unanimous decision, Court of Appeal judge Justice Mohd Zawawi Salleh said that appeal was allowed and the cross appeal by Batu Lintang assemblyman See Chee How represented himself and a voter in Ulu Baram, Pauls Baya was dismissed.
