KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak was not allowed to strike out portions of Harakahdaily's defence in his defamation suit against the PAS run portal.
High Court Justice Hue Siew Kheng dismissed Najib's application to remove Harakahdaily's defence of fair comment and qualified privilege.
