Twenty-five rescued from sinking boat in Sabah

A team rescuing the victims of the sinking boat in mid sea from Labuan to Sipitang waters.

KOTA KINABALU: Twenty-five people were rescued when their passenger boat sprang a leak in mid sea from Labuan to Sipitang.

Another passenger boat, which was travelling there, assisted the passsengers after receiving a distress call via the boat radio at about 2pm on Tuesday.
