KOTA BARU: Police have arrested a man in connection with the death of a female religious teacher whose body was found on the bank of Sungai Pergau in Jeli on Thursday.
Kelantan State CID chief Asst Comm Ahmad Taufek Abdullah said the 52-year-old suspect from Kg. Dendong, was a relative of the woman. He was arrested a day after the victim was found dead.
