KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court has rejected a bid by National Feedlot Corporation Sdn Bhd (NFCorp) executive chairman Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail to include two affidavits to support his injunction application in his defamation suit against his former consultant.
The two affidavits were by Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission officers (MACC) Mohd Rafizy Abd Robani and Mohd Shaufi Shaharuddin.
