Daily seeks to strike out defamation suit by Pahang MB

KUALA LUMPUR: Utusan Melayu (M) Bhd is applying to strike out a defamation suit filed by Pahang Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob.

High Court judge Justice Yeoh Wee Siam is scheduled to hear the application this Thursday.
