KUANTAN: Felda settlers should bring a civil suit against bauxite mining contractors if they feel that they have been cheated, said Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob.
He said it was a not a criminal case and the only legal recourse for the settlers was to bring a civil suit against the contractors.
