Four drown, three missing in boat mishap off Selangor


TANJONG KARANG: Four people drowned and three others are missing after a boat carrying 14 people capsized near here during a ritual to sprinkle the ashes of a dead relative in the sea Thursday night, according to the Selangor Fire and Rescue Department.

Its assistant director Mohd Sani Harul said the mishap occurred at 7.05pm near a buoy about two nautical miles off the Bagan Sungai Kajang beach.
