Cops: Politicians should have done more to ease Low Yat Plaza tensions

KUALA LUMPUR: Bukit Aman has criticised politicians that did nothing to alleviate racial tensions during the Low Yat Plaza brawl through their social media postings.

Bukit Aman internal security and public order department director Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Muhammad Fuad Abu Zarim said it was unbecoming of several members of political parties who weighed in on the incident, but only to fan more hatred among their supporters.
