KUALA TERENGGANU: It was a touching scene as six children, whose parents drowned in last year’s floods, were taken shopping by the state’s top couple.

Nor Syafiqah Syahira, 13, Nor Izah Insyirah, 12, Muhammad Ifran Irshad, 10, Nur Intisar Iedihar, seven, Muhammad Aqil Amsyar, five, and 11-month-old Nor Adifa Arissa were all adopted by Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Razif Abdul Rahman and To’ Puan Seri Halina Zakaria.
