Low Yat brawl: Youths didn’t expect issue to be ‘blown up', says lawyer

On Sunday, several people, including three journalists, were injured in a mob attack after police dispersed protesters at the mall.

KUALA LUMPUR:  The suspects allegedly involved in the Low Yat brawl did not expect the issue to be "blown up", according to a lawyer representing an accomplice in the case.

"They don't represent any organisations. They are just youths who sometimes make mistakes,” Mohd Khairul Azam Abdul Aziz told a press conference here on Tuesday.
