KUALA LUMPUR: MCA will build a specialist hospital to provide quality healthcare for the people.
The hospital, which will be associated with Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), will allow medical students to undergo housemanship easily, party president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said.
