GEORGE TOWN: Several Penangites had their applications for affordable homes rejected by the state government for various reasons, leaving them very disappointed.
Loay Jin Sheng, 23, a flight instructor based in Langkawi, had his application for a RM300,000 affordable unit rejected twice.
