KUALA LUMPUR: Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Tan Sri Joseph Kurup has succeeded in his bid to strike out Pertubuhan Pribumi Perkasa Malaysia’s (Perkasa) suit against him for allegedly implying it as an extremist association.
Senior Federal Counsel Alice Loke Yee Ching said that the court agreed with Kurup on the grounds that Perkasa has no locus standi to file the application against him.
