Feeling blessed: Razlan beaming with joy over the great Raya gifts.

GEORGE TOWN: Hari Raya this year will be extra meaningful for visually impaired student Razlan Ibrahim Mukhtar as his dream to study in Australia has come true, thanks to public donations.

Razlan, who came out tops in his Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) diploma in business studies, has been awarded the Maxis Scholarship for Excellence Award worth RM330,000 after his plight was highlighted by the press last month.
