KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has allowed an application by Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Tan Sri Joseph Kurup to strike out the defamation suit brought by Pertubuhan Pribumi Perkasa Malaysia (Perkasa).
Senior Federal Counsel Alice Loke said the court agreed with Kurup on the grounds that Perkasa has no locus standi to file the application against him.
