KUALA LUMPUR: An application to include Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s sodomy conviction as part of the defence in a defamation case has been rejected by the High Court.
The application by Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin, who was represented by Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah, was rejected by Judicial Commissioner S. Nantha Balan, in chambers on Thursday.
