Ex-director fails in bid to sue magistrate, A-G and seven others


KUALA LUMPUR: A former company director failed in his attempt to sue a magistrate who jailed him for possession of pornographic video clips.

Last August, Mohamad Izaham Mohamed Yatim, 42, filed the suit against Zaki Asyraf Zubir, Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail and seven others including the DPP and investigating officers involved in the case.
