SHAH ALAM: ‎PKR, which has been the mediator in the ongoing DAP-PAS squabble, has not denied plans to form a new opposition pact.

Asked to comment further, PKR vice-president Shamsul Iskandar Md Akin said things would be finalised after the festive season.

“Let us (celebrate) Raya first,” he said, to which party communications director Fahmi Fadzil concurred and added: “As and when I will call for a press conference.”

‎Shamsul Iskandar, who was met after a meeting with PKR leaders at the Selangor Mentri Besar's residence on Saturday, added that Pakatan still exists in substance ‎and that the pact’s partners would continue to work together.
