SEREMBAN: Negri Sembilan households who do not separate their solid waste should not be penalised, said Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan.
"We are inclined to give more time for the community to adapt. We should hold campaigns and teach schoolchildren about recycling rather than impose the penalty," he told reporters after chairing a state executive council meeting at Wisma Negeri, here, Wednesday.
