Duo claim trial to trafficking over 40kg of meth


NIBONG TEBAL: Two men claimed trial at a magistrate’s court here to trafficking in about 40kg of methaphatamine.

Safrizal, 34, an Indonesian national, and Lau Boon Siah, 52, from Sungai Bakap, were jointly charged with distributing 41.6kg of methaphatamine on June 23 at 11.30am in front of the entrance to a business enterprise at Jalan Paboi, Bukit Tambun, Simpang Ampat.
