KUALA LUMPUR: Police have ruled out criminal breach of trust in the case of a property purchased in Melbourne by Malaysians linked to Mara.
Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said police were not involved in the investigation process as there were no elements of CBT in the case.
