KUALA LUMPUR: The court battle between Suria KLCC and BritishIndia over a tenancy agreement has begun, with the fashion label’s former chief executive officer testifying that the mall had offered it unsuitable sites.
Rhoda Yap Jin Lyn, 40, said they were given Level 2 or 3 but those suggested locations were “bad” for the brand positioning of BTC Clothier Sdn Bhd, which owns and manages BritishIndia.
