PETALING JAYA: Some clinics are hiring locum doctors without proper certificates and the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) warns that action will be taken if they do not stop this practice.
Over the last three years, seven medical practitioners were brought before the MMC and four were found guilty of hiring unregistered locums.
