Jamil Khir applies to strike out Anwar's qazaf case


KUALA LUMPUR: The Syariah Appeal Court here has fixed July 6 as the date for the case management of Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom's (pic) application to strike out Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's qazaf (making false allegations) appeal.

The Minister in the Prime Minister's Department and two others - Syarie Prosecution chief Shamsuddin Hussain and Federal Territory Religious Department (Jawi) director Datuk Che Mat Che Ali - had filed an application to strike out the appeal.
