GEORGE TOWN: The eSerahan Tukar Milik (eSTM, or electronic ownership transfer system) will be fully implemented this year, says Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
The Transport Minister said the system would allow sellers and buyers of second-hand and used cars to complete the transfer process without needing to be present at the Road Transport Department (RTD).
