BUTTERWORTH: A Sessions Court judge told a police constable who had pleaded guilty to four counts of graft involving RM2,650 to repent in light of the holy month of Ramadan.
Sessions judge Julie Lack Abdullah fined Kons Mohd Izwan Amin, 34, a total of RM40,000 in default 12 months’ jail after he admitted to soliciting for and accepting bribes under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009.
