KUALA TERENGGANU: Despite having barely a month to prepare, 22-year-old Wong Soon Wen strutted her way to the Mek Kebaya (Miss Kebaya) 2015 crown, beating 11 other hopefuls.
A lover of baju kebaya herself, it was only fitting for the financial mathematics student from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu to receive the crown and sash from her predecessor, Lili Jo.
