KUALA LUMPUR: MCA has urged the government to reconsider a proposal to increase the toll rates of highways.
Its president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai (pic) said it was not a good time to increase the toll rates as the people were still trying to cope with the newly introduced Goods and Services Tax (GST).
