KUALA LUMPUR: PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang has yet to appoint his counsel for a civil suit seeking to stop him from tabling a Bill on hudud in Parliament.
Farez Jinnah, who appeared for the plaintiffs, said no lawyer was present for Hadi in court yesterday.
