Squid jigging carnival a hit among 122 foreign journalists


KUALA TERENGGANU: The parti­cipation of foreign media in this year's Terengganu International Squid Jigging Carnival is giving positive impact on boosting tourism in the state.

State Tourism and Cultural Affairs committee deputy chairman II, Tengku Zaihan Che Ku Abd Rahman said the participation of 122 journalists from the print and electronic media from 28 countries could also help promote Tereng­ganu.
