KUALA LUMPUR: A customer courteously and coolly waited in line behind a man who was pointing a 24cm-long knife at a petrol station counter employee in one hand and scooping cash from a cash register with the other.
After the robber left, the woman paid for her items and exited while the traumatised cashier stood in shock.
