ALOR SETAR: Two men were sentenced to life imprisonment and ordered to be given 10 strokes of the rotan by the High Court here for kidnapping a 13-year-old boy.
S. Sugumar, 32, and Myanmar national Veera Pandian Bala, 29, were jointly charged with kidnapping the boy on Sept 25, 2012.
