PETALING JAYA: A Form Five male student has died from multiple organ failure, believed to be from leptospirosis disease contracted from a campsite in Jempol, Negeri Sembilan.
"The patient showed symptoms of fever, joint pain, muscle aches, cough and nausea which began on May 21," said Deputy Health Director-General Datuk Dr Lokman Hakim.
