GEORGE TOWN: The case of Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer who claimed trial to two sedition charges over his "Umno celaka" remark has been postponed to July 2.
Counsel Raveen Tharan requested for the case to be adjourned pending the application by Universiti Malaya law lecturer Assoc Prof Dr Azmi Sharom to challenge the constitutionality of the Sedition Act to be heard by the Federal Court.
